Do I get to pick the outfit I receive?
You can visit your online personalized wardrobe and choose from 100s of high-end brands and designer wear.
How many outfits come in my case?
Depending of the subscription plan the number of outfits changes. You’re also able to upgrade to larger cases at any point.
How many cases do I get each month?
Each plan has a monthly validity and it depend of the plan that you choose.
What if I need a break or want to change my plan?
Don’t worry you can change, pause or cancel your membership at any time, there is no commitment.
What if I damage or lose an item?
Your monthly subscription includes regular wear and tear. In case of extensive damage or lost of the outfits you will be change the purchase price.
Swap

Depending of the subscription plan the number of swaps varies. You’re also able to upgrade at any point.
How does exchanging work?
In the online personalized wardrobe select the new outifts that you like and we will arrange the pickup and delivery immediately.
What do I ship my returns in?
Pack the returned outfit in any plastic bag and will collect the same at your doorstep.
How long can I keep my outfits?
As long as you’re a member, there is nothing stopping you for keeping the outfit that you love.
Do I get to select new outfits right away?
You can select your outfit at any time 24×7, and we will arrange the pickup and delivery immediately.

You ger access to 100+ high-end brands and designer wear which is part of your personalized wardrobe.
How do I know the clothes will fit?
You can check the brand website for the size details. We provide genuine and latest trending outfits.
What sizes do Stylekey provide?
We sell on the sized available for a outfit, on the product page, you can select the size that fit you.
What if I receive an outfit that doesn’t fit?
You can return back the outfit for a new size.
Cleaning
How do Stylekey clean the clothing?
We have partners with a Laundry and Dry Cleaning brand that make sure that the standard cleaning procedure is follow. We conduct regular audit to made sure that you all clothing is clean and sanitized prior to delivery.
Are you taking any special precautions against bacterial and viral?
We use state-of-the-art disinfection systems in our dry cleaning equipment to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens. Our machines are equipped with advanced filters and sanitizing solutions that provide an extra layer of protection.
Our staff are trained in rigorous hygiene practices, including regular hand washing and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to minimize the risk of contamination.
Should I wash or dry clean anything before I send it back?
Not needed, our cleaning agents are carefully selected for their antimicrobial properties, which help to kill bacteria and viruses while being gentle on your clothes.

How does welcome discount works?
After entering the coupon code you will get a discount for the 1st month subscription, the following month will be the price after flash sale.
When will my card be charged?
A fixed subscription recurring monthly amount will be automatically charged to your card on the billing date.
Can I prepay for more than one year?
Sure you can, just drop us a email and your will sent you the special discount payment link.
Can I give Stylekey as a gift card?
Gift card options are available here, just send us an email.
When will my order arrive?
Typically an order will take about 2-3 days but we do have orders that are delivery on the same day. We’re taking extra precaution of your order and there can be a slight delays.
Do you need to receive my return before sending me a new case?
As soon as you place the new order online, we will arrange for the pickup and delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we have our present in India and are planning to spread to your country.
How and where do you delivery outfits?
Through our delivery partners we delivery in Mumbai only for now but will soon be in your city. Ping us in Instagram and follow us for the latest update.
By when do I need to return my outfit?
There is no limit to the number of days that you can keen the outfit as long as your have a ongoing subscription.
